True North Research executive director Lisa Graves testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on March 10, 2021, “What’s Wrong with the Supreme Court: The Big-Money Assault on Our Judiciary,” to shed a light on the role that dark money has played in capturing our courts by wealthy special interests and how a small cadre of right-wing operatives has remade the judiciary to serve their pro-corporate agenda and reverse precedent on cases like Roe v. Wade.
