Evan Vorpahl is a senior researcher for True North Research. He directs True North’s research with a focus on tracking dark money groups distorting public policy, elections, and our judiciary. He previously worked with Lisa at Documented Investigations and the Center for Media and Democracy. His research has helped inform numerous stories published by PRWatch.org as well as articles in major outlets like the New York Times, Washington Post, the Guardian, and the Intercept. He has also made substantial contributions to ALECexposed.org, SourceWatch.org, and ExposedbyCMD.org. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
